Typing-powered laptops would be pretty sweet.
Not sure how piezoelectricity would be gathered from swiping a touchscreen, but I guess swiping does require some amount of pressure for it to work. If the technology does go to market I'd imagine DJ Hero type games would increase in popularity. "Charge your phone while you lay down some beats!"
