we're goin running tomorrow morning at 6:30!! ahh! spring league here we come!
man that ice cream felt so much better than working out + running. oh well
1 run down, (~3 runs per week * 52 weeks * 50 years = 7800) runs to go. It'd be sweet if I could still go running in my 70's.
Two solid weeks of bowflex down! I have a great job, but I'm still working on joining a band, hanging out with twenty-somethings, and being in the best shape of my life. I hope to hang out with twenty midgets by the end of the month. :D

(very little exercise and eating and drinking a lot in between)

sub 7 minutes here I come! I just need the outside temp to be like 300F! w00t ;)

hooray for no progress after 6 months!
i suggested to arif that he and matt should have a goal to look awesome by the cruise since arif's "two weeks on, three months off" workout schedule doesn't seem to be working very well. we dont do TTOW because you guys are supposed to be working out a couple days a week. what happened to that?
I went on vacation and we never started up again. I'm getting back into it though. :P

  • 8/14/09: 1 mile pseudo-fartlek; 1 mile (not timed)

I feel like I'm about to the level where I should be, so now it's going to take effort to improve my mile, but I was impressed with 7:11 today. best part: I ran it just before breaking my fast. Maybe knowing that I'd be able to eat soon after I finished my run was the incentive that made me run faster. :)
