If you're ever in the mood for a fantastic steak and also feel like spending an obscene amount of money, try Bones (it's in Buckhead on Piedmont). Beth and I went there to celebrate her new job and it might have been the best steak I've ever had. I give it a 5/5 on quality but not so great on value.
Good to hear that Beth is no longer working for the man.
One Star Ranch has some delicious beef ribs. mmm you know you're in the right place when they bring out a flintstones bone. The sides were ok. I got corn bread and maybe slaw?
