ZOMG!!!1 :D I just leveled up from SD15 to SD20! SD20's can wield heavier weapons and cast more spells! They also collect income at a faster rate, but they no longer earn overtime. This increases their potential for acquiring TORNADOS (and/or WII's)!!! SD20's can harness these powers to destroy Evil Thesis-writing Roommate Zombies!!! More details later!

zOMG! So for those of you who haven't heard, I just killed my 50th compiler error and 1000th runtime error, giving me enough l33t h4x0r pwn poiwnts to level up! I'm now a level 25 SD (Super Dick-tator). I just had the compensation talk with my Guild Master, and I'll be getting a 23% pay increase!! I too am now made of money!! Haha, well not quite, but pretty close. :D

Actually, i've never played WoW in my life. my company just uses level numbers to categorize us, which is very mmo-esque.
I got a surprise raise this morning! There was an envelope on my desk with my name on it, I open it up, and it's a letter saying, good job last year, here's the biggest raise you've ever gotten in your life!

Not a promotion, but these retards are actually giving me a raise AND possibly a bonus....A year at the place and they love me...And I hate them. Little do they know I'm really scheming to steal all of the toilet paper from the bathroom stalls.....

promotions dont exist at my job (small company), but i got "an unusually large raise" :D (probably cause i was underpaid to begin with :( )
*cue FF7 victory music* level 30 SD ftw! Sadly Avanade is changing there CAM (Career Advancement Model) this coming year to align more with Accenture, so no more leveling numbers. :( The new model has analysts, consultants, managers, directors, and senior executives, with analysts at the bottom of the totem pole. When we move over I'll be considered a consultant.

It's not exactly a job promotion, but I just had a bunch of classes waived. It'll be something like a year, year and a half off of my schooling.
