Storm Launcher - previously the "Hydrofoam" which I believe is on the 409 somewhere.
Apple introduces the iPhone. $599 for 8 gigabytes of memory and it will also will be available in a 4-gigabyte model for $499.
The one feature that I'd like to see propagated to all other phones is the ability to browse and listen to your voicemails in a non-linear fashion, instead of sitting thru all of them to hear the one you really need.

In short, if you have either a smartphone or a phone with a built-in camera running windows mobile 5.0 (yeah, i guess maybe i'm the only dork doing that . . .) or for some reason a pocketPC (iPaq, etc) with an external camera attached, you can enter into a video phone call with me!!! Or, you can just download the PC version of the program, and I can call up your IP (WiFi OR regular old cell towers!) and you can talk to me while watching my beautiful face! :-D The future is here . . . and I've got nobody to call . . . darn. Well, someone had to forge the way, so I'll just sit here and wait for someone to videocall me.

Some of the top brass came to the office this week and were talking about something like this. It'd be used for showing whoever needs to know what the scene looks like etc. I'll bring it up, but they probably want to spend millions of dollars designing their own system and all.

jeez i went to some of the night pictures of the green laser pointing at stars.. are those for real or are they photochopped?
they're for real, altho most are exposed for a few seconds
