i kinda already knew that, michael. not that it improved performance or anything, but I knew it was a good recovery food. the protein to carb ratio it has it pretty close to the ideal post-workout ratio. sports drinks ARE good for replacing electrolytes, but they don't have much protein, which milk does. im not sure why i'm telling you guys this, since i'm sure you all know more than i do.
i always thought of chocolate milk as a delicious treat, I never realized it was so much more. Thanks guys!

I'm not sure how many of you will find this interesting, but the Chairman from Iron Chef, Marc Dacascos, is going to be on Dancing with the Stars this year. Along with Kelly Osbourne, UFC fighter Chuck Lidell, Tom DeLay - former republican majority leader, Melissa Joan Hart, Kathy Ireland, Aaron Carter, Mya, Macy Gray, Donny Osmond, and a lot of other people no one cares about. Not that anyone cares about Aaron Carter.
